It was my first time in Merida. My concern was safety. The hotel is safe. But then I learned that Merida is the safest city in Mexico. So I guess that the hotel is that special then. But still, everything was fine with the hotel.
Very clean, sanitizer and masking adhered to. Great place if you have pets. Friendly and very helpful staff. Very good prices (compared to US). WiFi and cable tv. Free 'American Breakfast' consists of scrambled eggs, juice and what looked to be either a scoop of mashed potatoes or grits. Didnt have it. No bells and whistles but good clean value.
April 28, 2018 - Rooms are excellent, nice and clean. I like the white and red color scheme. Nice bathroom and stand shower stall. Only thing we noticed was no hot water. And parking lot is small. Cars would park on the sidewalk. Otherwise, good location.

As always, it was ok. I had problems with no water in the shower but after calling front desk they solved it within minutes. Thanks!
Located in one of the main arteries of the city. The hotel is a typical city hotel, the truth is that we only used it to sleep while during the day we enjoyed the history of the city and explored the archaeological and natural wonders located nearby. It has a rate that includes breakfast, although we prefer to have breakfast nearby in local businesses, highly recommended. Both the hygiene and the attention in the hotel are very remarkable and attentive, the service girl always friendly and willing to accommodate the room. very important it has a space to leave the car while you rest, in fact it was the reason that it had a parking lot that made us choose it. I give it a 7/10 for quality issues in the category but highly recommended.
I stayed here for a few nights and it was so conveniently located where you can reach everything! Great service clean room and just overall nice place to stay.
